Other Details to Note
Pool heating: We charge $125/night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. 48-hr notice required to heat the pool and there is 3 day minimum. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. Pets: Up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs) are allowed for $150 per pet per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Additional guests: Our nightly rate includes up to 14 guests. For larger groups, up to the maximum occupancy of 20 guests, an additional guest fee of $30 per person, per night applies for each guest over the age of 2. This helps cover the additional linens, supplies, utilities, and staffing required to maintain the property and provide a high-quality experience for larger groups.
